3. Payments & Booking Terms

  • All services must be paid in advance to confirm bookings.

  • Payments are non-refundable.

  • Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled once.

  • After one cancellation or a no-show, a new session must be booked and paid for.

  • Prices are listed excluding 5% VAT, applicable to clients located in the UAE.

All materials, templates, frameworks and content provided during coaching sessions or on this website remain the intellectual property of Nathalie Cooper. They are for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, shared, resold, distributed, or uploaded to AI platforms or third-party systems without prior written permission.
