Most sessions are conducted online via Zoom, allowing clients to access services from anywhere in the world. All session times are scheduled in UAE time (GST) unless otherwise agreed and will be clearly communicated in your meeting invitation.
All services must be paid in advance to secure your session or project slot. UAE bank transfer and PayPal options are available. An invoice will be issued following your Discovery Call once you have selected the service(s) you wish to proceed with.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. Any subsequent cancellation, rescheduling request, or no-show will require a new session to be booked and paid for.
Timelines vary depending on the service selected. LinkedIn profile optimisation projects are typically completed within three working days*, while coaching sessions are scheduled around your availability and goals.

No. Ethical career coaches cannot guarantee job offers. I provide strategy, market insight and guidance, but job search outcomes depend on multiple external factors, including market conditions, hiring decisions and individual effort.

Yes, I use AI tools to support elements such as research, keyword analysis and performance metrics. However, all strategy, positioning and final outputs are guided, reviewed, and refined by me. My expertise, recruiter insight, and human judgment are at the core of every service.
